Full Time Compensation:

50/50/12 profit split on all projects sold, plus incentives. 12% goes to the company to operate the business.

We specialize in residential insurance restoration focused on roof replacements. We are seeking like minded, motivated, and outgoing individuals that want to take a leap of faith and earn income driven by work ethic! We are a newer company but have over 7 years combined experience in the industry and will provide everything necessary to make sure you are successful! RESPONSIBILITIES

It's SIMPLE....... Just Sell, We will handle the rest. D2D Canvassing and setting appointments for our closers to seal the deal. (Room for growth for you to eventually become a closer. This job is not easy but it is very very simple and your confidence and income grow each appointment!

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Canvasser

• $500 ...... Set qualified appointments for our closers to seal the deal. Get paid when we close out the job after completion. Sr. Sales Rep
• 45/55/12 ...............Close qualified leads provided, Roof inspections, D2D Sales Team Manager
• 3•5% of your team's revenue plus bonuses .

........ Recruit, Hire, Train, and Scale your own team under you! Self gen d2d deals you personally close.... 55/45/12 .
