In this role, you will oversee a team of canvassers conducting face-to-face community engagement, door-to-door marketing, and fundraising activities. Your leadership will ensure that our team effectively communicates with diverse audiences, builds strong community relationships, and achieves campaign goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while making a tangible impact through community-driven initiatives. Duties Supervise and motivate a team of canvassers engaged in outdoor outreach, ensuring high performance and adherence to campaign standards Coordinate daily schedules and routes for canvassing teams to maximize coverage and engagement opportunities Train new team members on effective canvassing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols Monitor field activities to ensure face-to-face communication is professional, respectful, and persuasive Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve canvassing skills, negotiation tactics, and community engagement strategies Maintain accurate records of outreach activities using mobile devices and digital tracking tools Foster positive relationships with community members through conversational engagement and active listening Experience Proven supervising experience in a dynamic outdoor or field sales environment Strong background in marketing, community engagement, or fundraising campaigns Hands-on experience with door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or similar direct outreach methods Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual settings preferred Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, or face-to-face negotiation roles Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods while walking or standing on various terrains Experience using mobile devices for data collection and communication during field activities Solar experience a plus Join us to lead impactful community outreach initiatives!
