Coating & Paint Services What You'll Do:

You'll speak directly with homeowners, introduce our services, identify homeowners interested in improving their property, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. (You are NOT responsible for closing the sale) We're looking for people who are: Reliable and ready to work Confident approaching homeowners Energetic and professional Competitive and money-motivated Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with new people Experience in canvassing, roofing, solar, home improvement, appointment setting, door-to-door or direct sales is a plus.

Compensation:

Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission Performance bonuses Get paid fast: $600-$1,800+/wk Paid training program Transportation provided during work hours (Our average project is approximately $30,000. At 2% commission, one average $30,000 closed project can earn you about $600 in commission—on top of your hourly pay)
