In this role, you'll help introduce customers to Verizon's products and services, answer questions, and build meaningful relationships through face-to-face interactions. Verizon Outreach Associate Responsibilities:

Represent Verizon with professionalism and enthusiasm during community outreach initiatives. Learn each customer's needs and recommend solutions that best fit their lifestyle. Answer questions and provide accurate information in a friendly, approachable manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and required documentation. Collaborate with teammates to achieve outreach and customer engagement goals. Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development. Gather customer feedback to help improve future outreach efforts.
