In this role, you'll connect with homeowners in local communities, introduce them to solar energy, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants. You won't be responsible for closing deals or handling contracts —your focus is building connections and creating quality opportunities for the sales team. No previous sales experience is required. If you're comfortable talking with people, dependable, and willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to get started. What You'll Do Speak with homeowners through neighborhood canvassing and door-to-door outreach Introduce solar energy and explain the benefits in a clear, professional way Ask questions to understand homeowners' needs and level of interest Identify homeowners who may be a good fit for a solar consultation Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team Maintain consistent daily activity within your assigned area Track appointments and customer interactions Work closely with Solar Sales Consultants and other team members Represent SolQ professionally in the community What We're Looking For You don't need previous sales experience to succeed.
