Use mobile devices to record interactions, update contact information, and track progress in real-time. Negotiate with residents to secure support or commitments aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach plans and share insights from neighborhood visits. Experience Previous field sales or canvassing experience preferred; strong background in outdoor work is a plus. Demonstrated success in face-to-face communication, customer service, or community engagement roles. Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team. Bilingual skills are highly valued to effectively connect with diverse populations. Experience using mobile devices for data entry or communication enhances efficiency on the job. Knowledge of marketing strategies, fundraising techniques, or telemarketing can boost your effectiveness. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and walking for extended periods.
