We specialize in high-quality voter outreach , not just knocking doors—we focus on real conversations that drive impact. Compensation $25/hour starting pay Gas reimbursement for long-distance travel Performance-based incentives & bonuses Additional bonuses for referring and building your own team Schedule (Strict Time Windows) You can choose your hours, but they must fall within:

Weekdays:

9:00 AM

•12PM & 2:00 PM

•8:00

PM Weekends:

9:00 AM

•12:00 PM & 3:00 PM

The schedule you submit is the schedule you are committing to Once accepted, your schedule is mandatory and non-negotiable Expectations Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned areas Engage voters in meaningful, quality conversations Accurately record responses and data Maintain professionalism and strong communication in the field

Performance Standard:
