Starting at $22 per hour plus Commission Weathervane Home Services helps homeowners and businesses improve comfort, reduce energy costs, and increase efficiency. Through our partnerships with Mass Save and NH Saves "We guide. You save". We connect customers with valuable incentives, rebates, and no-cost or reduced-cost energy solutions. The Door-to-Door Canvasser / Energy Guide is responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments by engaging directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. This role is critical in educating customers about energy-saving opportunities available through Mass Save and NH Saves and helping them take the first step toward improving their homes. Duties Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned territories to introduce Weathervane Home Services Educate homeowners on energy efficiency programs, including Mass Save and NH Saves incentives Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home energy assessments Clearly communicate program benefits, including potential cost savings and rebates Accurately track daily activity, leads, and appointments using company systems Represent Weathervane professionally and positively in all customer interactions Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments Follow all company policies, local regulations, and safety guidelines while canvassing Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable engaging with homeowners face-to-face Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Preferred Prior experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or lead generation Familiarity with energy efficiency, home services, or HVAC/insulation industries Knowledge of Mass Save and/or NH Saves programs Physical Requirements Ability to walk up to a few miles per day Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.) Weathervane Home Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
