J&R Innovation is looking for a motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Roofing Canvasser to join our team. This is an hourly-paid position focused on speaking with homeowners in local neighborhoods and identifying potential roofing projects. What You'll Do Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Speak with homeowners and introduce our roofing services Ask homeowners if they are interested in a free roof inspection Identify potential roofing opportunities and schedule inspections Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while representing the company No Roof Climbing Required This position does not require you to climb roofs or perform roofing work. You will be accompanied by a professional roofer who will handle the actual roof inspection, evaluate the condition of the roof, and provide estimates to the homeowner. Your primary responsibility is to speak with homeowners, explain our services, and help generate inspection opportunities. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face Good communication and customer-service skills Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working outdoors Previous sales, canvassing, roofing, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required Must be willing to complete a criminal background check Must submit a resume for consideration Compensation Hourly-paid position Additional opportunities may be available based on performance If you are outgoing, dependable, and comfortable talking to people, we would like to hear from you!
