Job Description
Job Overview Insurance Claim Specialist We are looking for self-motivated individuals to work in neighborhoods affected by recent storms. In this role, you will go door-to-door to inform homeowners about potential storm damage to their property and assist them with the insurance claim process so repairs can be completed with little to no out-of-pocket cost. This is a performance-based opportunity that operates more like a business within a business. You set your own schedule and work the days and hours that work best for you. High earners in this role are self-driven, consistent, and take ownership of their results. What you'll do: Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and speak with homeowners Educate homeowners on visible and potential storm-related damage Assist with starting the insurance claim process Connect homeowners with the resources needed to move their claim forward Who this is a good fit for: Self-motivated people who enjoy working independently Individuals who are comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face People who want flexible hours and unlimited earning potential based on performance
