We're looking for an outgoing, motivated Door-to-Door Marketer to join our team and help us reach new clients through targeted neighborhood canvassing. Position Overview As a Door-to-Door Marketer, you'll go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods, using fliers and door hangers to promote Norby Painting's services. Your main goal will be to generate leads by introducing residents to our painting services and setting appointments for estimates. You'll earn an hourly base rate plus a commission for each qualified lead generated.

Compensation Base Pay:

$20/hour

Commission:

$50 per qualified lead Responsibilities Canvass specific neighborhoods, knocking on doors and speaking with residents about Norby Painting's services. Use fliers and door hangers to promote services, ensuring potential clients have information to review. Engage in friendly, informative conversations with residents to gauge interest in painting services. Collect contact information for residents interested in a free painting estimate. Report daily on leads generated and areas covered.

Able to maintain a consistent schedule and cover designated areas as assigned.
