deliver the best product and experience in the industry — and get it done fast. We generate hundreds of leads and appointments for our sales reps each week to close. Position Overview We're hiring real closers for our Kansas City sales team for the busy late summer-Christmas season. The vast majority of appointments are preset and company-generated — your job is to show up and close. Optional door-knocking bonus structure during slower stretches — self-generated deals pay roughly double your standard commission rate. This is a full-time role, $100K

• 200K+, with seasonal openings (July-Dec) for reps who want to make $60K
• 110K+ in that window alone.

Responsibilities Run company-set appointments daily Present our permanent lighting system to homeowners in person Follow our proven pitch and pricing structure Close deals on-site or through follow-up Track activity and performance in our CRM Communicate with our team for smooth handoff to installation Requirements Proven in-home or direct sales experience (pest, solar, roofing, alarms, windows, timeshares, etc.) Strong closer with a track record of success Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Available full-time July through December Coachable, competitive, and driven to earn Organized and consistent with appointments and follow-up Open availability for appointments Compensation 100% commission based Realistic earnings: $100K
