About the Role We are looking for a motivated and competitive Canvass Team Lead to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and wants the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role. As a Team Lead, you will help your team generate quality appointments while setting the example through your own work ethic and performance. What You'll Do Lead and motivate a team of door-to-door canvassers Transport the team to territory in a company vehicle Train new canvassers on our appointment-setting process Conduct daily team meetings, roleplays, and performance coaching Help team members overcome objections and improve their approach Set the standard by actively canvassing alongside your team Help new hires become productive as quickly as possible Maintain a positive, competitive, and accountable team environment Communicate daily results and challenges with management What We're Looking For Previous door-to-door, canvassing, sales, or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated personality Comfortable working outdoors and approaching homeowners Ability to coach and motivate others Reliable and organized Willingness to lead by example Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive compensation Performance-based bonuses Leadership growth opportunities Paid training Ongoing sales and leadership training Team incentives and contests High-energy, team-oriented work environment The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who doesn't just want to manage people — they want to develop them. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
