Hard Knocks Strategies LLC is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to fill the role of Canvassers. No experience required for entry-level staff, we will train you. We want to hire smart, hardworking people who care about good government and are not afraid to talk to other citizens. A background in customer service, sales, and political campaigns is beneficial, but not required. Hard Knocks Strategies LLC is a Political and Public Affairs consulting firm that specializes in direct voter contact on behalf of progressive candidates and causes. Our staff comes from diverse professional backgrounds, but we all have two things in common, we love to win and we make a difference. Applicants for the position must possess strong communication and customer skills. All applicants must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. The willingness to work weekends is also required. Key Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal residence Must be honest, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. Must possess the incredible work ethic and be capable of putting in long hours. Must be comfortable with technology and able to accurately record data. Must be comfortable talking to voters in public. Must possess strong writing and analytical skills. Must be devoted to working in a team environment. Must be able to pass a background check No experience is necessary for entry-level Canvassers/Petitioners.
