Compensation Commission Only and Base Plus Commission Pay Structures will be discussed during interviews. If you're good at the field work but not great at recruitment, training, and leadership, you can expect to make $50k-$60k/year , and we'll keep you in the field. If you're good at the skills listed above, you can expect $80-$100k/year , and you'll work in the field as a player-coach. If you're great at all of it, you'll make $130k+ and you'll be presented to opportunity to travel and be promoted to train and spearhead our Door to Door programs at our Albuquerque location and any new locations we open. When that happens, the opportunity will have no ceiling at all. If you're not interested in promoting you can still make good money here. But if you're actually great at it, we're gonna try to change your mind. We have a process for Door to Door lead collection, but if you're experienced and have a better process that works, we have open hearts about it. We care about results, not ego. The process isn't rocket science so you can learn it pretty fast, but your results will be determined by how seriously you take it. If you like to go out and make friends, but you can't guide a conversation , then you probably won't do well. If you take it seriously and actually participate in self improvement, then you'll see the results. Obviously if you don't do your job, we're gonna have to talk to see what the problem is, but you'll be working with people that genuinely want to see you succeed. What's the job? It's easy for fearless people, and straight up brutal for people that are scared to talk to strangers: Basically you go door to door knocking on every door you see. We'll set the neighborhood and you go run it. Prove yourself and we'll let you set the neighborhoods. Don't sell anything, just follow a basic script and collect information. It's hot. And sometimes it rains, which makes the job both a challenge and kinda fun in a weird way. You might have a love-hate relationship with it. You'll be submitting digital forms with customer information, so you need to make sure the info is accurate. We do a lot of roleplays. They're fun, but also will make you realize where you're not as good as you thought you were. Which is how you get better. If you're good enough, we'll have you run the roleplay sessions. It's competitive. We track results and the entire team sees the scoreboard. The people at the top make the most money, get the most recognition, and promote the fastest. If getting told "no" ten times in a row ruins your day, this probably isn't for you. Once you've shown that you can do the skill, we'll start working with you to recruit a team under you.
