Asdzaa Boutique is looking for an outgoing, dependable Sales Associate to join our Farmington team. We're not your typical retail store. Our Sales Associates don't spend their shifts standing behind the register waiting for customers to ask for help. We create a personal shopping experience—from the moment a customer walks through our doors to the moment they leave. You'll greet customers personally, start conversations, help put together complete outfits, pull sizes and options, suggest coordinating pieces and make shopping at Asdzaa feel fun, welcoming and personal. What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy meeting and talking to new people. Are comfortable approaching a customer and starting a conversation. Have an interest in Western fashion, styling or putting outfits together. Enjoy sales and get excited about helping a customer find something they love. Are energetic, friendly and approachable. Take initiative—you don't need someone constantly telling you what to do next. Can accept coaching and apply feedback. Are comfortable creating social-media content and showcasing merchandise. Take pride in keeping your workplace clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready. Are dependable, punctual and take your scheduled shifts seriously. Can work independently and contribute positively to a team. Retail experience is helpful, but personality, reliability, coachability and the ability to connect with people matter just as much to us. What You'll Do You'll provide one-on-one customer service, build and suggest complete looks, maintain and merchandise the sales floor, replenish inventory, assist with online/store responsibilities, create assigned social content and help maintain the high-energy shopping experience our customers expect. When business is busy, we style. When traffic slows down, we don't stand around waiting—we recover, merchandise, restock, clean, create content and prepare for the next customer.
