This is an active, outdoor position based in Manhattan. Team members will help increase the campaign's visibility by speaking with voters, distributing campaign literature, staffing high-traffic locations, and putting up campaign posters in assigned areas. No previous political campaign experience is required. Training, campaign materials, and instructions will be provided. Responsibilities Speak directly with voters at assigned locations throughout Manhattan Distribute campaign literature, palm cards, and other materials Staff subway stations, commercial corridors, parks, events, and other high-traffic locations Put up campaign posters in assigned locations Follow campaign talking points and accurately communicate the candidate's positions Track and report completed assignments Take photos documenting postering and field work when required Represent the campaign professionally when interacting with voters and members of the public Follow instructions from campaign field staff and complete assigned shifts and routes What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers Able to work outdoors and remain on your feet for several hours Able to walk significant distances during a shift Comfortable working independently when assigned a postering route Smartphone required for communication, reporting, and documenting completed work Strong communication skills Campaign, canvassing, sales, promotional, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required

Schedule & Compensation Canvassing:

$25 per hour

Postering:

Up to $200 per day based on completion of assigned postering work. Flexible weekday and weekend shifts available Daytime and evening work available Position runs through Election Day Immediate start available Additional shifts may be available for strong and reliable performers This is a good opportunity for students, gig workers, experienced canvassers, or anyone looking for flexible short-term work in Manhattan.
