You're building a reputation one homeowner at a time - and every referral you bring in puts money in your pocket. Bo Lacey Construction is looking for a Brand Ambassador to be our energy in the field: the person homeowners remember, the person who turns a finished roof into a five-star review and a referral pipeline. What You'll Actually Be Doing In the Field (March-October) Visit active and recent job sites. Deliver gift baskets, snap after-photos, grab quick customer testimonials Make sure every yard sign is proudly on display Hand out $100 Referral Gift Cards to happy customers and ask, "Who else could benefit from this?" Canvass neighborhoods near job sites - door-knock, drop flyers, generate leads Log every interaction, referral, and lead in AccuLynx In the Office (Year-Round) Plan your field week — research job sites, prep gift baskets, map your canvassing routes Back up the call center on Mondays and during busy stretches Keep marketing materials stocked and organized Team up with Marketing on content and photo usage Off-Season (Nov-Feb) Build out our entire event calendar. Home shows, fairs, expos, community festivals Own the logistics: applications, booth setup, vendor relationships Lock in a finished 12-month calendar by January 31 What You Bring You're a people person, confident, warm, and genuinely likable Organized and self-directed; Comfortable with Google Workspace and Canva (or a fast learner) Can shoot photos/videos on your phone Valid driver's license, clean record Can lift and haul event materials What You Get $18/hour base $40 bonus for every outbound appointment scheduled and ran Company vehicle provided for field use Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends for events A real seat on a growing, championship-minded team
