WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You will create opportunity and protect homeowners after storm damage. This is a professional sales role where you will: Engage with homeowners daily to inspect and assess roofing needs Educate customers on storm damage and insurance processes Present clear, value-driven solutions Train every day with mentors who push you to improve Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Year 1: $70,000 to $120,000+
Top Producers:
$150,000 to $300,000+
Branch Leaders and Market Owners:
$250,000 to $500,000+ annually through profit share and leadership overrides Top performers regularly exceed these ranges. Effort drives results.
