— Storm Damage Roofing | $60K-$150K | Oklahoma CRS Roofing & Construction Oklahoma Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $150,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Customer follow-ups Customer communication Construction sales Sales In-person customer service Field sales experience Prospecting Post-sales relationship building Closing sales leads Closing sales Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for motivated, experienced roofing sales professionals who are comfortable working independently, meeting with homeowners, signing their own jobs, and following each customer through the sales process. This is not an entry-level sales position! We are looking for individuals who understand roofing sales, know how to communicate with homeowners, and can stay organized and follow through after the contract is signed.
What We're Looking For:
Previous roofing sales experience Ability to generate and sign your own jobs Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to follow through with customers throughout the entire job Dependable, motivated, and organized Comfortable working independently Able to communicate consistently with customers and the CRS team Professional and positive attitude Must have reliable transportation Must be 18 years of age or older Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and prospective customers Inspect and discuss roofing needs with customers Present roofing options and help customers understand the process Sign your own roofing projects Maintain communication with customers after the sale Follow up on active jobs and help keep projects moving Maintain communication with management and the office Represent CRS Roofing & Construction professionally Interview Process Initial interviews will be conducted via Zoom . If you have roofing sales experience, are confident in your ability to bring in and close your own jobs, and understand the importance of communication and follow-through, we would like to speak with you.
