The job is simple:
talk to homeowners, spark conversations, and set appointments for our sales reps. No selling, no closing. If you're energetic, competitive, and want to work outside with a crew that actually has fun while hitting goals, this is worth a look. And if you eventually want to grow into sales or management, this is the perfect starting point. We'll train you when you're ready.
COMPENSATION
$50-$125 per qualified appointment (appointment must run) Top performers are easily earning $800-$2,000+ per week
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Knock doors and talk to homeowners about roof inspections and exterior services Set qualified appointments for our project managers Track your daily activity and appointments
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication and people skills High energy with a positive, driven attitude Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable Comfortable working outdoors Reliable — works well solo and as part of a team Willing to consistently engage homeowners in conversation Available afternoons and early evenings (peak hours) Reliable transportation
