Climb roofs Be expected to know roofing on Day One Handle complicated insurance conversations Be responsible for closing the sale Our Roofing Advisors handle the inspection and sales process. You create the opportunity. We provide the script, coaching, training, and field support. Your Weekly Standards We believe people perform better when expectations are clear. FLOOR — 600 doors per week Meet the minimum activity standard. TARGET — 700 doors per week This is where we want our team consistently operating. ELITE — 800 doors per week For people who want to separate themselves. You don't have to be great when you start. You do have to be willing to work. Compensation This is a performance-based position with a $500 weekly floor when qualifying weekly standards are met , plus the ability to earn more through production. The $500 floor is designed to give you stability while you learn and develop. But the goal isn't to stay at the floor. Your effort creates opportunities. Your performance creates your upside.
