You aren't closing complex sales at the door—your only job is to break the ice, generate interest, and book free painting estimates for our sales team. What You'll Do in the

Field Knock Turf & Set Appointments:

Represent Veenhuizen Painting in assigned local neighborhoods, engaging homeowners and setting up free estimate appointments.

Manage Your Territory:

Scout high-potential neighborhoods, pick up marketing materials/maps from the office, and execute efficient door-to-door routes.

Easy Field Tracking:

Log leads, track route activity, and book appointments right from your phone using SalesRabbit and Google Forms. Stack Extra Cash with

Yard Signs:

Place company yard signs in strategic neighborhood locations ($5 bonus per sign) and log placements with photos.

Team Alignment:

Track your personal stats (appointments set, completed estimates, closed sales) and participate in weekly team check-ins to sharpen your pitch. What We're Looking For D2

Tech Comfort:

Ability to quickly learn and use simple mobile apps (SalesRabbit) to track route data. Previous D2D, canvassing, or outdoor sales experience is a huge plus, but we provide paid training for anyone with the right drive. Compensation & Uncapped Bonuses We pay you for your effort and your results:

Guaranteed Base Pay:

$20.00 / hour

Appointment Bonus:

+$40 for every estimate appointment generated

Sold Bonus:

+$150 for every estimate that turns into a completed job (paid monthly)

Yard Sign Bonus:

+$5 per yard sign placed (paid monthly) $500

Signing Bonus:

Paid at 90 days for staying on track with standard goals Performance Goals We keep expectations simple and clear so you can easily calculate your paycheck: Base Goal (Minimum Standard): 1 appointment set every 3 hours (with a low slippage rate from scheduled to completed estimate). Pro Goal (Optimized Standard): 1 appointment set every 2 hours (hitting top-tier bonus payouts).
