You'll receive $17+ per hour guaranteed , plus performance bonuses, as a full-time W-2 employee . Benefits are offered, and no previous sales experience is required. Your Day Work in residential neighborhoods throughout the Bend area Meet and talk with homeowners face-to-face Introduce Brightside Windows and our window solutions Schedule free in-home consultations Track your activity and work toward team goals This is a field marketing position , so expect to stay active, work outdoors, and meet new people throughout your day.
