The primary responsibility of this position is door-to-door voter outreach . You'll spend the majority of your time in the field talking one-on-one with voters, sharing information about Democratic candidates and their priorities, listening to voters' concerns, and accurately recording the results of each conversation.

You will:

Knock doors and have friendly, respectful conversations with voters. Introduce voters to Democratic candidates and their priorities. Listen to voters and answer questions using campaign-provided materials and talking points. Accurately record voter responses and contact information using a smartphone-based canvassing system. Participate in regular team trainings and canvass launches. Work independently in assigned neighborhoods while staying connected with the broader field team. Help the campaign reach voters who are often missed by traditional outreach. You'll receive training, scripts, materials, and support from experienced field organizers. What we're looking for most is reliability, a willingness to talk to people, and a commitment to showing up and doing the work. This is a direct voter contact position , not a volunteer-organizing or management role. Your focus will be getting out into the community, having conversations with voters, and helping the campaign reach its goals.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
