Intake Coordinator — Bilingual (Spanish/English) | Golden Home Healthcare Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Make a real difference for families who need it most. Golden Home Healthcare connects families of special needs children and older adults with the in-home care and support programs that change their lives. As our Intake Coordinator, you're often the very first voice a family hears when they reach out for help — and how you show up in that moment matters. If you're organized, detail-driven, energetic, and fluent in Spanish and English, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective clients and families exploring our services Guide families step-by-step through the waiver application process with patience and clarity Manage referrals from start to finish — including on-site visits to patients' homes or referral partners to gather what's needed Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians' offices, social workers, and community agencies Educate families and partners on the programs and services we offer Stay sharp on waiver requirements and home- and community-based care regulations Keep your caseload organized and your existing clients well-supported Collaborate closely with office staff to keep operations running smoothly Help shape a positive, team-first culture as we grow What You Bring Fluency in Spanish and English (required) A calm, resilient approach to difficult conversations and rejection Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule Sharp time-management and multitasking skills — you keep a lot of balls in the air without dropping any Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems/processes A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within your client territory (required) A genuine desire to support caregivers and vulnerable patients
