$30,000 base salary + 10% of gross profit Looking for a sales job where you can make good money, work with a solid team, and actually have some ownership over what you do? TyGrig Garage Doors is growing, and we're looking for someone who is great with people, organized, competitive, and knows how to follow through. You don't need garage door experience. We can teach you that. What we're really looking for is someone with previous sales experience who knows how to build trust, follow up, stay on top of details, and move a customer from "I'm thinking about it" to "Let's do it." What the Job Looks Like You'll meet with homeowners and businesses, help them choose the right garage door or opener, build estimates, follow up on opportunities, and guide the customer through the entire project. You won't just make the sale and disappear. You'll stay connected with the customer, coordinate with our team, make sure the project stays on track, and see it through from the first conversation to the finished installation.
