Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting electrical circuits and mechanical systems; experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately; proficient in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Strong knowledge of building interior maintenance including painting (residential painting), drywall repair, flooring upkeep, and general carpentry skills.
