We are a roofing and exterior construction company serving the Springfield, Missouri and surrounding areas. We are a small but established construction company looking for someone to take over operations here for our Springfield location. You will be the face of our company and will have the opportunity to manage and grow with us. With that said we are looking for someone who has experience in roofing and exterior restoration services with an emphasis on handling insurance claims. However, we are willing to teach you one on one the skills you can use to better yourself as a construction sales professional and tools to help you succeed. You will have 100% office and sales support. Have access to professional software, CRM's and system to keep your work organized, professional and more importantly, efficient. We are looking for sales and home consultive individuals who are looking for the opportunity to allow their ethic to determine their unlimitied earnings. We serve our community by providing roofing and exteriors service from full roof replacements, repairs, gutter/guard installations, insurance claim advocacy and home restoration. We are looking for sales minded professionals who will be inspecting roofs for damages that may be either covered by insurance or to be repaired. This position will require someone to be self motivated, yet you will recieve one on one training and daily support in order to help you be successful. We believe in treating our workers with the utmost respect and supplying them with the information and hands on training required to make yourself successful. We prefer some roofing sales experience, but are open to training the right individuals who are looking to grow within a close knit workplace. This is a sales and commission based position, but offers the opporunity to create your own schedule, yet we prefer to have at least two roofing deals sold a month........easiliy do-able. This will NOT take rocket science and we can definetly help you achieve this goal. You can expect to start receiving your first commission payouts a week to two weeks after your installations are complete. We believe in paying our employment in a timely fashion and making sure that we are available to help you through all aspects of your position. We have office staff and Claim Specialists to help organize, schedule and follow up on your insurance claims. You only have to focus on being able to be trusted by our potential homeowners and instilling faith into our leads that we have their best interest at heart. We are ideally looking for an experience roofing sales representative to take over operations here for our Springfield location, be the face of our leads and work with us so that we can grow our operations at this location. You will have direct contact with the owner of the company for any help you may need while also having the back-end support to keep your projects, materials and invoicing done for you.
