!!!!! Hey guys! I'm currently opening a brand new office in Greensboro and building my roofing sales team, and I'm looking for a few motivated people who are ready to work hard, make serious money, and grow with me. If you're tired of jobs where you're capped on what you can make, micromanaged every day, or expected to find all your own customers, I want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

I'll provide you with 10-15 pre-scheduled and confirmed homeowner appointments every week.

That means:

No cold calling No door knocking No chasing strangers around neighborhoods Instead, you'll be meeting with homeowners who have already scheduled an appointment and helping them find the right roofing solution for their home. And the better you perform, the more opportunities you have to make. Self-generated business = additional commission.

WHAT I'M OFFERING

$125,000-$250,000+ potential annual income Base salary + commission for your first 6 months Uncapped commission after the first 6 months Monthly bonus opportunities Cash sales contests & prizes W-2 position Health, Dental & Vision 401(k) PTO Referral program Career advancement Ongoing sales training Travel opportunities You don't need years of roofing experience. I'll help train you. You'll receive a two-week training program, ongoing classroom training, and in-home sales coaching to help you become successful.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

I'm looking for people who are: Hungry and motivated Money motivated Coachable Competitive Great communicators Comfortable talking with homeowners Comfortable using technology Reliable with a valid driver's license Willing to work hard and follow a proven process Roofing or in-home sales experience is a PLUS, but it's NOT required. If you've got one-call-close experience, that's even better.

THE SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday:

10 AM | 2 PM | 6

PM Saturday:

10 AM | 2 PM Saturday availability is required. ⸻
