WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a professional sales role focused on helping homeowners make informed decisions while developing your communication and leadership abilities. Connect with homeowners to understand their needs Guide customers through inspections and product options Present solution-focused recommendations Participate in weekly coaching and mentorship

EARNINGS AND ADVANCEMENT

First Month:

$5,000 to $8,000 through training, performance-based bonuses, and uncapped commission After 90

Days:

$10,000+ per month for consistent performers

Experienced Representatives:

$12,000 to $20,000+ per month

Sales Leaders and Territory Owners:

$200,000 to $350,000+ annually Top performers regularly exceed these ranges through consistency and professionalism.
