What you get Earning potential up to $100,000 OTE (100% commission) Commission paid weekly About 5 pre-scheduled appointments per day Company van, tools, and equipment Long-term growth in an expanding company What you'll do Inspect dryer vents and spot fire hazards and airflow issues Explain findings to homeowners and recommend services and add-ons Clean vents safely using ladders and specialized equipment Document jobs with before-and-after photos in our CRM What we're looking for Motivated by performance-based pay Comfortable talking with homeowners and selling services Comfortable with physical work, ladders, and exterior vent access Reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and clean driving record Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus No Industry experience required. Full training provided

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
