Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Canvasser to join our team. As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with potential supporters, and promoting our organization's mission. Duties:

• Canvass neighborhoods to promote our organization's mission and goals.
• Engage with potential supporters, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Conduct door-to-door sales and fundraising efforts.
• Utilize effective communication skills to negotiate and build relationships with potential supporters.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all individuals encountered.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and fundraising goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all canvassing activities and sales transactions.
• Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, adapting to changing weather conditions.
• Participate in training sessions to improve canvassing techniques and enhance product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed sales and fundraising targets.

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience with door-to-door sales and fundraising efforts is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset in this role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with market research and analysis.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with people of all backgrounds.
