We are looking for motivated, competitive people who are comfortable talking to homeowners and want an opportunity where their income is directly tied to their production. No roofing experience is required. We will train you. What You'll Do Your job is simple: Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about a free storm-damage assessment Set same-day or future inspection appointments Enter leads correctly into our system Continue canvassing while our sales reps run the inspections you generate You are not responsible for inspecting roofs, filing insurance claims, attending adjuster appointments, or closing roofing contracts. Your job is to create qualified opportunities for our sales team. Compensation You are paid for appointments that FIT Roofing inspects and confirms have qualifying storm damage. 1-9 qualified appointments per week: $100 per appointment 10-19 qualified appointments per week: $125 per appointment 20+ qualified appointments per week: $150 per appointment Your weekly production determines your rate for all qualified appointments that week.

Example:

15 qualified appointments × $125 = $1,875 Schedule This is a performance-driven position, but consistent field activity is expected.

Monday-Friday:

approximately 12 PM-1 PM until dark

Saturday:

approximately 10 AM-4 PM The goal is to start generating appointments early so our field sales reps have inspections ready to run during prime evening hours. Same-day appointments are strongly encouraged whenever possible.
