Responsibilities:

Visit assigned neighborhoods and knock on doors Introduce homeowners to Carvel Painting Ask about upcoming painting projects Collect accurate contact and project information Help schedule free estimates Track doors knocked, conversations, leads, and appointments Enter and submit information at the end of each shift We are looking for someone who is: Friendly and confident Dependable and punctual Coachable Self-motivated Comfortable starting conversations with new people Positive and professional when someone isn't interested Comfortable walking and working outdoors Able to follow a script and tracking process A strong communicator Honest and responsible Sales, customer service, or door-to-door experience is helpful but not required.
