This position is designed to be a great fit for college students and young professionals who want flexible hours, strong earning potential, and real-world experience in sales, marketing, communication, and business. $20/Hour + Performance Bonuses You'll earn a guaranteed $20/hour , plus bonuses for qualified appointments you schedule: 1st appointment of the day → +$50 2nd appointment of the same day → +$100 3rd appointment of the same day → +$150 Schedule 3 qualified appointments in one day and that's $300 in bonuses on top of your hourly pay. Your performance directly impacts what you can earn.
BUILT AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE
We understand that school comes first. You'll work approximately 12-15 hours per week and have the flexibility to choose your own schedule around classes, studying, extracurriculars, and other responsibilities. This makes the position especially well-suited for college students looking for meaningful part-time experience without committing to a traditional 9-5 schedule.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll work in targeted residential neighborhoods representing USA Marble & Granite.
Your responsibilities will include:
Going door-to-door and speaking with homeowners Introducing homeowners to USA Marble & Granite Identifying homeowners considering upcoming projects Creating interest and starting conversations Scheduling qualified appointments for our team Tracking your outreach and appointments Representing the company professionally You don't close the sale. You create the opportunity. Our team handles the sales process after you've scheduled the appointment.
