Job Description
Overview MB Roofing USA is looking for 2 energetic and dependable Boots on the Ground team members to help us grow our presence in the Hampton Roads community. In this role, you'll represent our company by distributing flyers door-to-door in residential neighborhoods and introducing homeowners to our free roofing inspection services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and interacting with people. Whether you're looking for extra income, a flexible part-time job, or an opportunity to grow with a local company, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Distribute marketing flyers to residential neighborhoods. Walk assigned routes door-to-door in designated service areas. Represent MB Roofing USA in a professional and friendly manner. Follow assigned neighborhoods and daily distribution routes. Report completed areas after each shift. Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with homeowners when appropriate. Keep accurate records of completed work. Requirements Must be reliable and punctual. Comfortable walking outdoors for approximately 2 hours. Friendly, professional, and respectful. Able to work independently. Must have reliable transportation to assigned areas. Must have a smartphone for communication and route updates. Previous sales, marketing, or flyer distribution experience is a plus but not required .
