What You'll Do Support Clients:

Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist clients with questions.

Guide Applications:

Help families complete applications and verify required documentation.

Ensure Accuracy:

Enter data correctly and review applications for completeness. Work as a

Team:

Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partner organizations.

Maintain Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive client information with discretion.

Stay Organized:

Keep a consistent schedule set by the program coordinator.

Community Outreach:

Assist in outreach efforts to raise awareness of energy assistance programs

Commmitment:

Temporary, full-time role (40 hrs/week) for 20 to 26 weeks. What You Bring High school diploma or GED required. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows applications). Customer service or public-facing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems a plus.
