New training groups start every two weeks, with 5-10 new agents per group. Earn guaranteed hourly pay plus enrollment commissions while working out in the community. MMM Marketing is hiring field sales representatives to help residents understand their energy supply options and enroll in available plans. This is a door-to-door field sales position in the Columbus area. You will visit assigned neighborhoods, speak with residents face-to-face, explain available energy plans and terms accurately, answer questions, and help interested customers complete enrollment.

PAY AND COMMISSION

Guaranteed base: $15 per hour worked.

Commission:

$20 per qualifying enrollment, in addition to base pay.

Christmas bonus credit:

$5 per qualifying enrollment, tracked separately from weekly pay.

The written compensation plan will define qualifying enrollments, the bonus period, cancellation rules, eligibility, and payout dates.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conduct respectful door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods. Explain available energy supply plans and enrollment terms clearly. Help interested customers complete accurate enrollment information. Follow company training, customer-consent requirements, and applicable field-sales rules. Keep accurate activity records and communicate with your team.
