Job Description
Philadelphia - Energy and Infrastructure Midlevel Associate Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP United States, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia Aug 05, 2026 Seeking a midlevel associate with three to five years of large law firm experience to join our global energy and infrastructure practice. The successful applicant will possess experience with energy regulatory matters. Energy transactional experience is a plus. Regulatory experience may include representing clients in matters before state public utility commissions or the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, including in ratemaking proceedings, commission investigations, complaint proceedings, rulemakings, and other commission-initiated policy proceedings. Transactional experience may include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements supporting energy projects, such as power purchase agreements, virtual power purchase agreements, and engineering, procurement, and construction agreements. Relevant litigation or administrative law experience is preferred. This position will be resident in Philadelphia. Active Pennsylvania Bar membership is required.
