You work indoors, inside retail stores, and customers walk up to you. Your base is guaranteed as long as you meet daily activity standards, and with commission our reps regularly earn $1,200-$2,000/week. What you'll do Talk with customers face to face about home energy and backup power Look over utility bills and match people with a plan that fits how they live Sign customers up and get their accounts set up on the spot Learn consultative sales from scratch, with paid training from day one Pay and growth Guaranteed weekly base plus uncapped commission, paid weekly No energy or sales experience required We only promote from within: rep → team lead → trainer → office management. Every one of our managers started in this role. What we need 18+ Full-time and in person (not remote) Reliable transportation to the Irving area every day Coachable, competitive and positive.
