We promote only from within — our managers all started in this exact role. HighRange Collective is building our new Irving team. You'll work inside retail locations in Irving, northwest Dallas, Addison, and Lewisville, helping everyday customers take control of their home electric bills. Customers walk up to YOU — no cold calling, no door-to-door.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Talk with customers face-to-face about their home electricity plans
  • Review utility bills and help people find an energy plan that fits how they actually live
  • Help customers enroll and set up their accounts on the spot
  • Learn consultative sales from the ground up with paid training from day one
  • Build toward leadership — team lead, trainer, then office management
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
  • $600
  • 1,100 per week: guaranteed weekly base pay & uncapped performance commission
  • Paid weekly
  • Paid training — no energy or sales experience required
  • A real advancement path: this is a brand-new office, and every leadership seat will be filled from this team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Full-time, in-person availability (this is not a remote role)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the Irving area daily
  • Coachable, competitive, positive — we'll teach you the rest Backgrounds that transfer great: retail, customer service, restaurant/hospitality, athletics, or military.
