•Base salary included as well the the potential to make more through an incentive plan• Looking for a candidate that has a solid 2+ years of experience of Home Health or Hospice and a current book of business in the Sacramento area. Advanced Home Health of California is looking for a dynamic Marketing Liaison to manage community relations and sales in our South Sacramento market. Job Purpose Develop consistent and profitable home health referral volumes by engaging in daily marketing activities to establish relationships of trust, maintain brand awareness and educate referral sources about key deliverables and value propositions that differentiate Advanced and promote/expand strong business partnerships. Responsibilities Achieve/exceed monthly goals, quotas, and sales call volume metrics Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share Develop and deepen relationships with prospects, established accounts and internal customers Receive and apply ongoing sales coaching and development to sharpen skills Participate in and offer input during weekly team meetings to improve our organization as a whole Plan activities that maximize face to face sales encounters with key decision makers and influencers Build and grow an active CRM pipeline by entering accounts, contacts, and sales calls consistently Perform pre- and post-call planning to identify and meet the needs of the referral community Conduct impactful sales calls utilizing question-based selling techniques Handle objections patiently and professionally with internal and external customers Work closely with the Marketing and Operational leadership to drive a vision of growth Complete sales administration duties including, CRM, EHR, expense reporting, compliance training, referral/orders pick-up and drop off as needed, timely phone, text and e-mail correspondence Exhibit a wise stewardship of financial resources while making company sponsored purchases Maintain industry awareness and knowledge of how our services align with the community needs Articulate competitive advantages, specialty programs, agency initiatives and Medicare guidelines Educate Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Social Service Directors, Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, etc. about our services through effective sales calls, in-services, training and outreach with the appropriate tools, resources and collateral
Requirements:
Formal Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred 2-3 years of prior successful Home Health, Hospice or related industry experience preferred Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills required Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook, Excel and CRM software requirements Must have the ability work independently with minimal supervision, be self-motivated and enter multiple facilities in the community (SNF, ILF, Acute Care Hospitals, MD offices etc.) Must be willing and able to use phone frequently throughout the day Driving/sitting will be required daily and often for extended periods. Must have strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening). Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
