Your passion for scientific and medical equipment sales, combined with your ability to build lasting customer relationships, will help us expand our footprint in the healthcare industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead territory growth, close impactful deals, and make a tangible difference in public health and safety. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our medical waste disposal services within assigned territories. Identify prospective clients through market research, networking, and industry events, establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, laboratories, and pharmaceutical companies. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our waste management solutions. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs promptly, and ensuring satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships. Negotiate contracts and deal terms effectively to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status accurately. Collaborate with internal teams on product development feedback, market trends analysis, and strategic planning to enhance sales effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience in outside B2B sales, particularly in medical or scientific equipment technical sales or pharmaceutical/medical device sectors. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through effective territory management and enterprise selling strategies. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication and customer relationship building abilities. Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for managing client data and sales processes. Field sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence and deal closing skills. Knowledge of medical waste regulations, environmental safety standards, or related healthcare compliance is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to analyze market data and develop targeted sales approaches.
