This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare or B2B sales professional who is looking to build a territory, develop long-term provider relationships, and grow within a rapidly expanding diagnostic company. The role will include opportunities to represent both our infectious disease testing services and advanced Alzheimer's blood biomarker testing. Responsibilities Prospecting & Cold Calling:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline.
Territory Development:
Build and execute strategic sales plans for the territory with defined goals, tactics, and timelines.
Healthcare Sales:
Proactively engage physicians, administrators, business managers, nurse managers, and other healthcare decision-makers.
Presentations:
Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of LOR Diagnostics' testing solutions.
Account Management:
Establish and maintain strong provider relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth and resolving issues promptly.
Diagnostic Education:
Educate customers on LOR Diagnostics' testing services, including infectious disease testing and advanced Alzheimer's testing.
Customer Training:
Train customers on portal access, specimen collection requirements, requisitions, scheduling pickups, and accessing and reviewing laboratory reports.
Relationship Development:
Develop long-term relationships with physicians, healthcare leaders, and practice administrators.
Reporting:
Submit weekly sales activity reports and monthly expense reports as required.
Performance Management:
Monitor territory performance, identify opportunities for growth, address challenges proactively, and consistently work toward sales goals. Qualifications 3-5 years of proven sales success required Must have an established book of business and/or existing relationships within the healthcare industry Existing relationships with Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urology, Neurology, Geriatrics, Family Medicine, Assisted Living, and other specialty practices strongly preferred Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking skills Proven cold-calling experience and a true hunter mentality Existing healthcare relationships and credibility, particularly with specialty providers, primary care practices, and general practice clinics Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Comfortable selling directly to physicians and healthcare leaders Highly organized and detail-oriented Solution-oriented, honest, and professional Strong sense of urgency and ability to execute Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to independently manage and grow a sales territory Willingness to travel and drive extensively within the assigned territory
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
