On-Site Base Salary:
$65,000
  • 75,000 | On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ About the Opportunity Join one of Georgia's largest and most established integrated orthopedic and injury care organizations.
For more than 25 years, the organization has helped individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and other traumatic events navigate their recovery by providing comprehensive medical care through a coordinated network of orthopedic physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, advanced imaging specialists, pain management specialists, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals. With more than 20 locations throughout metro Atlanta and a team of over 400 dedicated employees, the organization is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while continually investing in technology, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. It is a fast-paced, data-driven organization where performance, accountability, and patient experience are at the center of everything it does. The Opportunity When someone is injured, every minute matters. Many prospective patients reach out after an accident by completing an online form, responding to an advertisement, or contacting our office—but not everyone schedules care immediately. Your role is to reconnect with those individuals quickly, build trust, answer questions, and help them take the next step toward treatment before they seek care elsewhere. This is a highly proactive, outbound sales role. Rather than waiting for inbound calls, you'll actively manage a pipeline of prospective patients through phone calls, text messages, and email communications, guiding them through the scheduling process with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. You will be responsible for meeting monthly appointment goals while maintaining exceptional patient service and accurate documentation. Success is measured through activity, conversion rates, appointment volume, and patient follow-through. If you're energized by measurable goals, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a performance-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Outbound Lead Conversion Manage an active Salesforce pipeline consisting of web inquiries, social media leads, missed calls, and other prospective patients who have not yet scheduled care. Contact prospective patients promptly through phone, text, and email while meeting established service-level expectations. Build rapport, answer questions, overcome objections, and convert qualified prospects into scheduled appointments. Execute structured follow-up campaigns to maximize conversion opportunities. Meet or exceed daily activity expectations, weekly pipeline objectives, and monthly appointment goals. Attorney Referral Coordination Assist unrepresented patients by connecting them with attorney referral resources when appropriate. Coordinate communication with attorney offices regarding referred patients. Maintain accurate documentation of referral activity within Salesforce. Achieve established attorney referral conversion goals. Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate, complete, and organized Salesforce records. Ensure every lead is properly documented, assigned, and actively managed through the sales process. Utilize reporting tools to prioritize opportunities and identify pipeline gaps. Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect all patient information throughout the sales process. Performance Expectations This is a quota-driven position with clearly defined performance metrics, including: Monthly appointment production Lead response time Daily outbound call and communication activity Lead-to-appointment conversion rate Appointment show rate Active pipeline management Attorney referral conversion CRM accuracy and documentation quality Qualifications We're looking for someone who brings: Two or more years of outbound sales, business development, appointment setting, or inside sales experience. A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales or production goals. Experience using Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence making outbound calls and handling objections professionally. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute with strong data entry accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, medical scheduling, or personal injury.
