In this energetic and vital role, you will be the frontline ambassador, connecting with healthcare providers, families, and community partners to promote our innovative pediatric home health services. Your passion for making a difference will drive growth and ensure children receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, build meaningful relationships, and positively impact the lives of children and their families in your designated territory. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to increase awareness of pediatric home health services within assigned territories. Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to generate new referral sources. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educational sessions for medical professionals to showcase service benefits and capabilities. Experience managing territories effectively through strategic planning and organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking client interactions and analyzing sales data. Background in medical or pharmaceutical sales involving enterprise selling techniques is advantageous. Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to healthcare professionals' needs. Prior field sales experience in pediatric or home health settings is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for healthcare innovation is essential. Join us in transforming pediatric home health care by connecting communities with compassionate solutions! We're committed to fostering an energetic environment where your leadership skills shine as you help expand vital services that improve children's lives every day.
