Type:
full-time We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional SEEG Medical Device Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling DIXI medical's Stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG) medical devices to hospitals, and physicians, and other healthcare providers. In addition to building strong relationships with key decision-makers, provide product demonstrations and training, you will provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support for new and existing customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of medical terminology and the regulatory environment. Experience in neurology / neurosurgery is preferred, however, not a requirement. A proven track record in sales and a passion for improving patient outcomes are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Seek new customers in the assigned territory and achieve individual and company goals. Provide and assure the carrying out of established technical support procedures for DIXI Medical products. Deliver in?service education and demonstration of DIXI Medical products to relevant customer departments, and train new staff at DIXI Medical. Offer technical support during patient cases in hospitals using DIXI Medical products in the OR and/or EEG/EMU. Initiate and manage the process of creating and delivering customer quotations for products or services. Write up and manage customer product complaints. Make decisions about items in scope while keeping upper management and others informed, supporting DIXI Medical's mission and vision. Assist other DIXI Medical staff as needed. Attend local and national tradeshows and conferences as requested. Obtain necessary hospital vendor credentialing (including required vaccinations) within 45 days of job acceptance. Experience, Qualifications, and Preferences Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Neurosurgical/Neurology sales and/or support experience in the Medical Device/Equipment/Hospital environment desired. Existing relationships with healthcare professionals within the Epilepsy field (Epileptologists, Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, etc.) Comfortable observing medical procedures in the operating room. Strong organizational and communication skills; emphasis on interactions with the medical community. Ability to present and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees within DIXI Medical. Capability to develop expertise in product application and practice management implications. Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance coverage.
