Wound Care Representative Cumberland, Maryland | Curitec Join Our Team! Curitec is seeking an experienced and motivated Wound Care Representative to support our long-term care and post-acute partners throughout the Cumberland, Maryland area. Curitec is a Medicare-accredited Durable Medical Equipment provider specializing in advanced wound care, ostomy, urological, and tracheostomy supplies. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes by providing the right products, clinical education, and ongoing support to the facilities we serve. What You'll Do As a Wound Care Representative, you will serve as both a clinical resource and trusted partner to facilities within your territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, physicians, administrators, and other facility leaders Support assigned long-term care and post-acute accounts through regular onsite visits Educate clinical staff on wound care best practices and appropriate product selection Review wound-related clinical information and help facilities identify appropriate Medicare Part B-eligible products Promote appropriate utilization of advanced wound care products based on patient needs Conduct educational in-services and provide ongoing clinical support Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-through on required paperwork Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and expand Curitec's services Collaborate with Curitec's clinical, operations, and leadership teams to provide exceptional service to our customers Qualifications Current RN, LPN/LVN, or PTA license Minimum of 1 year of recent, hands-on wound care experience required Wound care certification is highly valued Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, rehabilitation, or post-acute care is preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills Comfortable educating clinical staff and interacting with facility leadership Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple accounts and priorities Comfortable learning and working within multiple electronic documentation and technology platforms Willing and able to travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional extended drive times
