Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking business driven and self motivated individuals looking to be part of one of the fastest growing industries in the United States. This is a full-time inside sales opportunity responsible for prospecting for new business, developing existing business, and identifying new growth opportunities across the U.S. Base pay ($37,440.00 per year), one of the best commission plans in the industry, holiday pay, and medical benefits available.
Major Responsibilities:
Producing outbound sales calls to targeted customer classes with the objective of acquiring new accounts, growing existing accounts, and retaining existing accounts. Demonstrate a strong ability to prospect via phone. Develop and maintain strong relationships with your assigned group of customers. Gather intel and actively listen to new and existing customers, fully understand their business, identify pain points and coincide them with what IPD can offer. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Graduate or Equivalent. Sales experience preferred. Minimum of one year of previous cold calling/telemarketing/business-to-business sales preferred. Excellent communication. Proficient in using MS Office. Personal drive and internal motivation to be the best at his/her profession. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Ability to adapt to any situation with a willingness to take risks and try new approaches.
